Impervious to water and insulated to R23 value the foundation is the very best construction technique available in today’s market. Radiant Heating is installed taking advantage of the Solar Thermal radiant tubes to heat the hot water distributed for both heat and domestic uses.

The private 1 acre lake was a feature improvement on the property. Water shed provides the source and it is completely lined and sealed at a graduated 4-14 ft depth.
