Since we last posted, significant progress has been made.  Garage and roof framing are completed! We are under tar paper roof with shingle bundles positioned high above awaiting installation.  Interior framing on the first floor has been completed and the minor puts and takes of the interior framing design have been worked through.   We have added a loft above the garage with its own open stair case in the back  foyer.

The deck support post were dug and footings poured this week ready for deck framing.  The front porch, side deck and screen room deck framing is ready for the angled herringbone flooring.

Kitchen cabinetry design was reviewed with a  accent log support beam spanning the  entire kitchen.   Lighting and water fixture specification for rough plumbing and electrical were  completed this weekend.

A hearty big thanks go out to the construction crew lead by our Master Builder, Pete Tevendale.  Larry, Ty, Nate,  the stalwarts,  were flanked with cameo appearances by Ron Corti and Johnnie Jones.
